Jaime Armando Alvarez Torres started Jarmand’s Painting & Home Services with a simple but powerful observation: homeowners in Maryland, DC, and Virginia deserved a contractor they could actually trust someone who showed up on time, communicated clearly, charged fairly, and delivered work worth talking about.
So in 2019, he picked up his tools and built that company himself.
What began as a one-man painting operation quickly grew into a full home services team because once clients experienced the Jarmand’s difference, they didn’t stop at one room. They called us back for the floors. The cabinets. The drywall. The power washing. The handyman list they’d been putting off for years.
